(This is not a scientific poll)
Instead of arming the opposition, send them military experts who would advise them how to win an asymmetric war. The rebels HAVE to understand that weapons are not everything. Strategems are more important.
You do not want to arming the Syrian people, do not want military intervention to save the Syrian people of the massacre. What do you want?! Do you want to continue the massacres in Syria at the hands of a deadly dictator?! Why?!
Neither the U.S. nor any other Western country has any business arming anyone in Syria or interfering there in any way! What we need is a third country to bring both the Assad regime and the opposition to the negotiating table to work out a peace deal. Germany could do the job if it wasn't for the ruling, self-serving, bureaucratic Christian Democrats who sit in their ivory towers waiting to take orders out of Washington D.C.
Don't get me wrong, Assad's atrocities must be stopped. How can one stand idly by when a 12-year old boy got his throat slit in front of his mother? The problem is that the oppositon got to unite and better organisse themselves. Of course military advisors don't come unarmed!
Respected, The Editor Garu, Actually Syrian all religians peoples supported to the present Govt. Respected Mr. Assads Govt also supported to countrys peoples with all religians. If any agitations coming from the Govt, for that you may do Hunger strikes and pen down the work. Then automatically Govt will do favereble to the citizens, in a day or in a month. That is the Democratic policy. Here, Opposition Party(rebels) having Weapons and they strikes against to the Govt. this is not a Democracy and Sovereignty. I requsted to all Syrian citzens do not heard outsiders speech.
By supporting the arming the opposition in syria it proves that western media are controlled by their govt. There is no truth in the world.
i dont think it will happen. if US wanted to, they should have already done it. there are too much dangerous elelments to get involved. the west just should follow turkey and saudi's leads.
There dead, finished, it is over Assad won, it has been over for at least a month or so. The moral of the story is be careful in relation to air power and it application.
Yes , The Assad regime does massacres, because the opposition doesnt have a weapon. If arming the opposition, will receive the balance of military and will stop massacres .
