All firearms and magazines shall be locked in a double locked American Made Safe while the owner is not on premises. No access for minors. Responsible persons need not be denied if the crime is investigated and prosecuted. Start with the gangs and LA and Chicago. And Watch the livability index go up

THESE ARE THE THOUGHTS I HAVE FOR THE PRESIDENT; FIRST OF ALL I WISH HIM THE BEST OF HEALTH DURING HIS SECOND TERM, SO THAT HE HAS EVERY POSSIBLE OPPORTUNITY TO SOLVE THE CURRENT PROBLEMS THAT ARE FACING OUR NATION. SINCE I'AM CURRENTLY UNEMPLOYED, THIS IS THE TOPIC I WOULD LIKE TO TOUCH ON. I WAS A FARMER IN THE MIDWEST, OVER THE COURSE OF 24PLUS YEARS, I HAVE LONG SINCE GOT OUT OF FARMING, WHICH WAS A BIG MISTAKE. VERY FEW EMPLOYERS, UNLESS YOU FIND THOSE OF LIKE MIND WILL HIRE SOMEONE WITH A FARMING BACKGROUND, AT LEAST THIS IS WHAT I'VE FOUND. SO BETWEEN THE AGES OF 45TO60, IF YOU HAVEN'T SETTLED IN WITH A BIG COOPERATE TYPE JOB, WELL YOUR PRETTY MUCH OUT OF LUCK,LANDING A JOB. AT ONE TIME I ENJOYED TAKING CLASSES WHERE I COULD LEARN TO DO SOMETHING PRODUCTIVE, LIKE WELDING OR EVEN DRIVING AN 18WHEELER DOWN THE ROAD. I WONDER IF THE PRESIDENT HAS EVER THOUGHT ABOUT THE CREATION OF SOME THING SIMILAR TO THE WPA PROGRAM,THAT WAS DESIGNED TO PUT OVER 3MILLIION PEOPLE BACK TO WORK, IN THE MID1930'S; THE UNFORTUNATE SIDE TO THIS THOUGHT IS THAT I BELIEVE THE PRESIDENT WOULD BE OPEN TO THIS, BUT THE CURRENT OPPOSITION THAT HE IS FACING WITH CONGRESS, ARE ABOUT AS WILLING TO SIT DOWN AND HAVE A MEANINGFUL PRODUCTIVE DISCUSSION, AS THEY ARE TO HELP A BLIND MAN CROSS A BUSY STREET. SO I JUST ASK THAT THE PRESIDENT CONTINUE TO BE HIS OWN PERSON, AND THAT IF THE OPPORTUNITY ARISES TO ASSIST THE MANY THAT HAVE AND ARE LOOKING FOR WORK, THE DOOR WILL EVENTUALLY OPEN.

What drives people crazy, to go out and to committed horror crimes?

Of course, the Major issues are unemployment or under-employment and unequal or inhuman treatments.

The Government Officials and big corporations, knows it. But, they do not want to correct it, even after the mass shooting or killing happened.

America becomes a place where each ethnic groups cares only for their own, under one roof.

    So, what are the consequences?

Mind you, Jew cares only for Jew, in America.
BSD(Black Slave Descendants) cares only for their own, in America.
East-Indian cares only for their own, in America.
Italian cares only for their own, in America.
    ....and so on....

So, we are living in America with unequal treatments. Some of US we are being left behind, just because who we are.

The Government and Public Sector jobs are controlled and accesses are denied by some ethnic groups in America.

The results are sad and Second-Class Citizen treatments are on rise.

Stop using mental illness as cover-up, by denying good treatments.

I tested myself. I went to Government buildings to apply jobs. But, Jewish denied me, while they allowed their own people, with less qualifications.

Government must investigate and punish the denials.

why do we have import duties on consumer goods but not on Imported Oil
It would help protect and encourage investment in US energy production
create an incentive to conserve by raising gas prices
and last would create a conundrum for The Oil industry as they would have to pay Duty on the value of the importers Oil thus giving them an incentive to Declare the Profits in The USA

....the Government is so foolish enough, try to ban smoking guns. Which is very sound and visible to anyone.

But, the mass-killer since the 1950's are various dangerous Chemical substances.
Some deaths happened, automatically and most deaths happened, slowly.

Only the fool realizes Smoking guns are the major killer.

Who have accesses for Biological and Chemical weapons in America? Are they those ethnically motivated groups?

I Agree with the idea of creating 3 million jobs in rural areas or small town america. This is the middle class that needs to come back to America. As a matter of fact, wealth from rural and small towns give jobs to the cities, which are also hurting.

But cities" real estate has become prohibitive for middle class, so they need to repopulate affordable communities. Knowledge economy jobs over the internet need to increase for lower income people.

We need to take more advantage of technology to increase efficiency in Education and Public Service.
That could create millions of jobs.

While reframing organizations with technology, displaced government workers can help develop farming
cooperatives that can have a community impact, since they are usually local.

Other service and industrial cooperatives need to be created in tech support, renewable energy production, biofuels,
    teachers, etc.

Make a priority out of providing technical, managerial, and financial support to middle class workers and small businesses that are only looking for a fair opportunity at an already very unequal playing field.

    Have Much more..........

Reform the tax code, support small businesses, especially start ups, and incentives to specialized education initiatives.

Obama is a man of principles and sometimes he doesn't compromise, when it comes to fundamental beliefs. The GOPs have made life difficult for him, sometimes just out of partisan policy. As the country's economy is in a dire shape, both parties have to put their differences behind and think about their country's future first.

A strong coalition of moderate Republicans and Democrats in Congress should be created soon , and become a new force of reason for deliberations and compromise on major national issues . President Obama 's second term provides an historical opportunity for both the administration and 113th Congress to be focused on grand bargains , for debt and deficits reductions , tax code reforms , including Social security and Medicare benefits reductions , health care costs and immigration reforms etc . A long term commitment on a national agenda , would end years of uncertainty for business investments , programs for economic growth and prosperity programs for the middle class , led by jobs creation , rebuilding infrastructure programs , and ending poverty and economic in equality .
