Are you in a tacit alliance with the moderate Arab states like Egypt and Saudi Arabia?
I would say there's a commonality of interests that has crystallized – and I've never seen in my lifetime – because all the Arab states identify, as we do, the supreme challenge is of a nuclear Iran and the radical Sunnis making inroads into Sunni states. And they recognize that it imperils their societies. And, of course, they all want to get rid of Israel on their way to the Great Satan. We're just the little Satan. The Great Satan is the United States. And they all have these mad ideologies.
So we share the common interest to address those dangers.

I highly doubt Netanyahu cares one jot about any Arab state. Netanyahu imperils society in equal measure; he is the last person I would listen to with any sort of authority.

Netanyahu isn't interested in peace. He's made that clear over and over. Nuclear Israel under Netanyahu has only 2 interests: To subjugate and oppress the Palestinian people and to continue to occupy the West Bank. Here's another quote of PM Netanyahu: "The Israeli people understand now what I always say: there cannot be a situation, under any agreement, in which we relinquish security control of the territory west of the Jordan River." That's a large portion of the West Bank. What he's saying is, I'm not going to trade peace, I'm not interested in a 2 state solution and I will keep that land. Turns out Netanyahu is more popular now than he ever was in Israel. Why? Because of the war he wages against the Palestinians. This is how right-wing governments win favor. The same thing is happening in the US with the war being waged in Iraq and Syria. More war = more support for the bigoted right wingers. This is why Republicans will have a huge support during the next elections. War is all they know.
Here's another quote from Netanyahu: "I know what America is. America is a thing you can move very easily, move it in the right direction. They won't get in their way." In other words, "America", so easy to move them. I got them wrapped right around my finger. When it comes to war... He may be right.
