Comparing the progress of China with India always amazes me. About same number of people but different results. Chinese raise their kids to be entrepreneurs while Indian hindus as t hugs. Just a cultural difference I suppose. Different DNA.

China’s generals believe in hitting as fast and as hard as possible, a style of warfare they demonstrated in their 1987 blitzkrieg against India. The aim is to wage “battles with swift outcome” (su jue zhan). This laser focus has been a hallmark of the war with India in 1962 and 1987 during which they annihilated Indian Army and destroyed it and captured 10% of India up north in Aksai Chin region.

On October 20, 1962 at 5:14 am, Chinese Army overwhelmed the attacking Indian forces in Arunachal Pradesh. Simultaneously, the Chinese cut the Indian communication lines, preventing the Indians from making contact with their headquarters. At about 6:30 am, the Chinese infantry launched an attack from the rear and forced the Indians to leave their trenches and killed or captured most of them.
Simultaneously, on October 21, 1962 at 4:30 am the Chinese troops, in a blitzkrieg, overwhelmed the Indians in a series of flanking manoeuvres south of the McMahon Line and prompted their withdal from Namka Chu. Fearful of continued losses, Indian troops escaped into Bhutan and Tibet. Chinese forces pursued and captured thousands of Indian soldiers. Chinese forces now held all of the territory that was under dispute at the time of the Thag La confrontation, but they continued to advance into the rest of NEFA.
On 22 October 1987, at 12:15 am, Indian Army surrendered to Chinese Liberation Army. About 125,000 Indian soldiers were captured. This was a victory that propelled China into global leadership and a defeat for India that sealed its fate as a curmedgeon in world politics.

There have been 3 wars between China and India. Sino-Indian War of 1962, the Chola War in 1967, and the 1987 Sino-Indian War.
In all these three wars India was comprehensively defeated and the Indian Army surrendered. In two of these wars the Indian Army was commanded by hindu generals. The last war had a Sikh general. Needless to say they were all cowards and surrendered to Chinese.
